Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our 98 room extended stay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall service quality.
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to achieve budgetary goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in guest services with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse team.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of human resources practices within the hospitality sector is beneficial.
