To capitalize on this opportunity and ensure efficient operations, we recognize the need for a new General Manager. This role will be pivotal in navigating the complexities of the U.S. market, driving strategic initiatives, and further enhancing our brand's visibility and reach.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online retail, a passion for fitness and wellness, and the ability to drive strategic growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined previously, the General Manager will also work closely with our international headquarters to ensure alignment on brand strategy, product development, and marketing initiatives. This collaboration will be essential in maintaining our brand identity while tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs of the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication and share insights that can drive innovation and efficiency across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage supply chain operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with international headquarters to align on global strategies and share best practices.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals.
  • Work closely with the People & Culture Manager from AU headquarters to facilitate HR initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce management, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
