Assistant Manager Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.Prepare products.Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.Clean equipment and facility continuously.Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.Responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity.Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy.Coach and train all employees in all areas.Maintain a clean and professionally run store.For a complete list of job duties, please see the store.
