Direct Reports: Assistant General Manager, CSRs, Pizza Makers and Delivery Experts

General Manager responsibilities:
Managing costs, building sales, increasing customer base and store profitabilityLead Team Members in operational excellence and promotion of brand standardsRecruitment, new Team Member training and schedulingProvide continuous training and development of Team Members and Management teamsUphold brand standards and company policiesServe as operations expert on Domino's operating standards to maximize productivityEnsure consistently high quality product and service to customersEnsure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheldFoster productive and professional relationships and engage Team MembersServe as store mentor and operations expert in all store-level Team Member positionsBuild relationships with customers and communityCash handling, reconciliation and reportingInventory control and managementAssist General Manager in marketing effortsMinimum requirements and expectations:
An EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitudePossess integrity and honestyExcellent attendance and punctualityYou must be 18 years of age or older.Possess reliable transportation as well as valid driver's license, registration and liability insuranceBe able to pass background investigation and motor vehicle reportPrevious quick service restaurant – pizza niche experience 1-2 years preferredMaintain an attitude of adaptability, accountability, self-motivation and passion for excellent customer service and superior productsEffectively train and engage Team MembersAbility to create and effectively manage Team Member scheduleAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to communicate effectively with Team Members and customersAbility to stand for long periods of time: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.Hammerhead Pizza LLC TA Domino's Pizza is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
