Domino's Pizza is hiring a General Manager. This is a leadership role requiring strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

- Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees in daily tasks
- Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
- Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement

- Assist with deliveries as needed based on business

- Have a valid Driver's License with at least two-year driving history

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas.
- Walking: For short distances for short durations; delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
- Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
- Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
- Carrying: Large cans, trays of pizza dough, and pizzas during delivery.
- Pushing: To move trays which are placed on dollies.
- Climbing: Must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
- Stooping/Bending: Necessary at the pizza assembly station.
- Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves.
- Reaching: Performed continuously; up, down, and forward.
- Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids: May include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
Driving Specific Job Duties:
- Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
- Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
