The chief responsibilities include hiring and training new Team Members, ensuring safety protocols for delivery drivers, managing costs, developing Team Members to reach their full potential in a fast-paced yet fun working environment. General Managers are also expected to build relationships with local businesses and the community to enhance profits. Additionally, they need to maintain quality control of products and services, in line with the company's standards. This position offers $21.50 - $24.00 per hour, monthly bonuses, limited medical benefits, and paid sick leave per Washington law.
