Similar to Assistant Manager. The following are the primary responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:
Operate all equipment.Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.Prepare products.Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.Clean equipment and facility continuously.Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.Manage labor accountability and employee productivity.Handle all cash transactions with accuracy.Coach and train all employees in all areas.Maintain a clean and professionally run store.Please refer to the store for a complete list of job duties.
