You also serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining high quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout the project. - Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma required; college education preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in the roofing industry
- 30-Hour OSHA Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogen training

Essential Functions
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Lead, supervise, and motivate roofing teams to meet project milestones
- Assign tasks clearly to ensure productivity and resolve any issues that arise during the project
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Monitor expenses and control costs to keep the project within financial limits while tracking invoices, materials, and labor
- Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly
- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct final walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction and project completion
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry regulations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring OSHA compliance and conducting regular inspections and audits
- Keep detailed records of project progress, changes, and any issues encountered
- Regularly report project status, timelines, and costs to upper management
