The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills. Long DescriptionOperationsHas strong attention to detailHolds team accountable to daily responsibilities to deliver great guest serviceEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsEnsures show quality standards are maintained at all timesBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, internal locations, retail partners and Levy Team membersRegularly obtains feedback from clients and customers to improve operationsSupports and communicates Company initiativesRespond and assist in any guest service issuesExecutes all retail promotions and programs as outlined and in accordance with Levy standardsManages purchases for all retail outlets and arena operations, with special attention to inventory levels, turnover, and product mixesContinually drives team members to build sales throughout retail environment.Successfully merchandises inventory to drive salesAnalyzes POS sales reports and makes informed merchandise buying decisions that will result in the achievement of sales and profit goalsMaintains the highest level of visual standards in all retail locationsAssist in strategic plan for division including marketing strategyAssist Director & Controller in preparing all forecasts and budgetingSeeks buy-in on all new retail business venture/ideas Long DescriptionControlsThoroughly and accurately uses applicable Levy systems (Retail Pro, MyStaff scheduling and more)Ensures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achievedResponsible for enforcing store policies and proceduresDevelops and achieves planned sales, gross margin, profit and shortage goalsAchieves assigned budget goalsEmploys good safety and sanitation practicesExecutes required daily reporting in a timely mannerAssists in completing required department reports and compiling information at month end closingEnsures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbookAdequately schedules team members to meet operational needs and desired targetsLong DescriptionRequired SkillsMinimum 3-5 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or related fieldAble to communicate effectively with management team, customers and team members by speaking and comprehending EnglishAble to keep clients abreast of all retail related initiatives/concerns.English reading, writing, math and computer skills requiredExperience with hard and soft lines of sports merchandiseE-commerce experienceStamina to work 60 hours or more per weekMust be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictatesCurious about Life at Levy?
