Job Description:

This position functions at the entry level, with guidance, preparing files and conducting scanning services to the EGLE, Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD) as they perform conversions from paper files to electronic document management (EDM) systems. This position assists in maintaining the EDM systems for the division after conversion and responds to inquiries by providing information retrieved from electronic files.

Education

Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.

Experience

General Office Assistant 5

No specific type or amount of experience is required.

General Office Assistant 6

One year of administrative support experience.

General Office Assistant E7

Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
