General Office Clerk II (Fertilizer Plant)
: Job Details :

Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.15 per hour. Verify purchase order numbers for any unscheduled trucks showing up for loads. Communicate with Plant personnel and advise them on type of product, lot numbers and quantity of product being picked up by customers. Generate reports for regulatory needs. Receive calls from drivers or customers for pricing, volume, shipping/receiving or product changes and refer them to proper department if needed. Assist with scheduling loads of approved customers, within approved load out hours. Order supplies from approved lists and use SAP to generate purchase orders. Receive parked and past due invoices using SAP. Correct daily Gasboy errors using SAP to input diesel usage. Generate reports from daily production reports and activity sheets. Refer Customers to proper salesperson or get contact information and forward to sales staff. Provide or discuss reports with regulatory agency/agent as needed.
