Apply today and help us shape the future!About the roleAs a General Operator at Alleima, you will be at the heart of our production processes, ensuring that our advanced technologies come to life.Your key responsibilities will include:-Setting up, calibrating, and operating machines used in production processes.-Following established procedures for operating various manufacturing equipment.-Selecting and measuring raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.-Resolving issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.-Inspecting operations and products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.-Determining and correcting minor machine malfunctions and performing simple routine maintenance and cleaning.-Adhering to safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements.About youYou are a dedicated worker who thrives in a hands-on role. Your practical problem-solving skills and ability to dive into work head-on make you an ideal fit for this position. You have experience in manufacturing or production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging. Your attention to detail ensures that you can inspect machining operations and finished products with precision.
