Production Support personnel assist in every facet of the operation, as directed by management, to achieve the goals and objectives of JELD-WEN products as written above and are involved in every phase of production from beginning to end; They gather the necessary materials, use the appropriate hand tools, and operate applicable machinery and equipment in the various plant while assisting in the achievement of production goals, quotas, and objectives. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operating machinery and affixing parts and support mechanisms to the product; trimming operations; painting both rough and finished products; wrap, box, stack, and package machined products, label and tally them accordingly to match appropriate paperwork; make necessary repairs to the product and load them where applicable. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to appropriate plant personnel including, direct supervisor, or inspection or quality control pers...Production, Operations, Manufacturing
