Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionThe Reclaim/Scrap Operator assists Machine Operators by recycling material and scrap aluminum.Works with other teams as needed and helps maintain a clean work environment.This role involves peeling protective film from sheets and processing them through a separator to recycle products that do not meet quality standards.Will be assisting operators with lifting and feeding the material/product through the recycling machine.Will be receiving pallets of products that have not passed quality inspection and this product will be recycled to reuse the material.Required SkillsComfortable working around moving equipmentClimb ladders and stairsFrequent bending, stooping, kneeling, forward reaching, and twistingOccasional squatting, crouching, and above shoulder reachingAbility to stand for extended periodsDexterity manipulation for hand tools and light equipmentPush/pull material using pallet jackFrequent lifting up to 30 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbsModerate exposure to temperature changes in a non-climate-controlled environmentShift:Days: 6:00am - 6:00pmNights: 6:00pm - 6:00amNeed to be comfortable working 12 hour shiftsWork EnvironmentNon-climate controlled production environment.About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
