Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are searching for multiple general production workers in the northeastern Indianapolis area to join our team across various shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment such as brake presses, lasers, and benders. You will also handle inserting metal sheets or parts into machines to be cut, contoured, or bent according to customer specifications, packing and kitting orders for further assembly processes, lifting and shaking out sheet metal, and discarding scrap. Additionally, you will use calipers and blueprints to ensure parts meet client specifications and prepare parts for the Fabrication/Welding department.

Work Environment
This is a very large manufacturing floor with various fabrication, assembly, and shipping operations. While it is not hot, it can be a little loud when machinery and welding equipment are running.
