Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionCell Operators will be stationed at their own designated 'Cell' and tasked with taking rubber products for the automotive industry through the production cycle. The process involves preparing molding tools, filling them with raw materials, and ensuring quality control. This role is repetitive but straightforward, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.ResponsibilitiesPrepare molding tools by filling slots with metal rings.Flip the prepared tool onto the machine for molding.Cool the finished rubber product using an air brush after molding.Inspect finished products for defects such as air bubbles and rips.Document production details including operator logs, maintenance performed, and progress towards production goals.Perform quality checks using a binder outlining specific defects to look for.Essential SkillsAbility to lift 35lbs 30 times/hour.Ability to stand for the entire shift.Ability to work safely and follow quality standards.Ability to read and understand English.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo more than 2 jobs in the last 6 months.Strong communication skills.Enthusiasm about the opportunity.Why Work Here?We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
