Immediately hiring **FULL TIME general production workers** located near the **Fairless Hills, PA** area for this manufacturing company. The general production workers will perform limited duties to set-up and operate molding presses to produce basic rubber or metal and rubber bonded parts. Must have the ability to operate and maintain proper running procedures from verbal instructions and process sheets. Will have to assist in setting up molds on various occasions. Prior experience working in a manufacturing/ production environment, familiar working on the production line, packing material, or experience as an assembly line worker will be required for this position.

**Responsibilities**
+ Locate materials and inserts, following proper procedures for taking them (e.g., signing out preform trays, taking bags of inserts with the oldest paint date first).
+ Monitor presses for proper time, temperature, and pressures. Become knowledgeable of critical areas of parts on all jobs.
+ Complete time sheets, SPC Charts, and process sheets in an adequate, legible, and accurate manner.
+ Notify trainer or immediate supervisor of any perceived problems, faulty equipment, defective materials, or unusual conditions.
+ Use pry bars, measuring gauges, and basic hand tools. Lift up to approximately 40 pounds. Read and understand English.
+ Carry molded parts to designated staging areas for the next operations.
+ Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly manner.
+ Follow prescribed safety rules and company regulations.
+ Perform other duties as required and/or directed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.
+ 1+ years experience operating some sort of machine in a manufacturing environment, with extrusion machine experience being a huge plus.
+ Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
