Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionCandidates will be operating unique equipment specific to our client. As the equipment is unique, extensive training will be provided. The primary responsibilities include measuring large pieces of stainless steel bars, cutting them to specific lengths, or grinding the outside diameter to the required width. In the first week, candidates will undergo safety and orientation training. For the next 2-3 weeks, they will observe operators, band steel, tag lines, operate overhead cranes, and input data into the ERP system. The company provides personal protective equipment (PPE) for temporary employees, including earplugs, safety vests, cut-resistant gloves, and hard hats. The facility is small, with about 11 employees on each shift, fostering a close-knit environment.
