While we will carefully consider the right candidate regardless of level of experience, we are particularly interested in attorneys admitted for a period of between 4 and 7 years with relevant experience handling, among other areas, high-stakes General Liability matters (e.g., Labor Law 240), Employment Practices, Defense Base Act, Health Care Liability (i.e., defending physicians, hospitals), and other areas of Professional Liability including A&E, E&O, D&O, etc.
The following attributes are valued: communicating concisely and persuasively, both orally and in writing; engaging appropriately with clients, court staff, adversaries, and witnesses; organization; diligence; strategic thinking; and a desire to be mentored or be a mentor.
