Responsibilities

BASE SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Must have door to door experience!!!!!

Must be willing to relocate!

Base Salary is $100,000 a year(negotiable) to $140,000 a year depending on experience we will work for a higher base with you, plus bonus. OTE first year $265,000-$300,000

We are looking to hire a General Sales Director

The General Sales Director is responsible to work in market running our entire office. Our Sales Director is responsible for the hiring, training, and management of all aspects of the office. The General Sales Director must know the jobs and be able to do the jobs they hire and train, mainly:

  • Lead Setting Managers
  • Lead setters
  • Closing Managers
  • In home sales closers
  • Recruiters
  • Sales Trainers

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train and develop new closers
  • Hire, train and develop lead setters
  • Hire, train, and develop new closing managers
  • Hire, train and develop new lead setting managers
  • Continue relationship and support for management in your market
  • Manage and dispo CRM
  • Be willing to lead from the front and show your team how to close deals and set appointments by having them shadow you.

Requirements

  • Have to have had sales management experience
  • Have to have had door to door sales experience in the past

Compensation & Growth

  • Again salary is based on experience and expertise too.
  • Uncapped commissions, commissions grow as the market you oversee grows.
