JOB SUMMARY:
Student worker for the summer for the office of Campus ID
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Filing, typing, mailings, clerical, assists with supplies, data entry, receptionist, answers phone.
* Assist the Front Desk with taking pictures and printing new ID cards
* Assist in checking issue codes of ID Cards
* Filing, assist with supplies, answers phone.
* Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, inventory, and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Active/matriculated undergraduate student in good standing.
* Familiarity with office procedures.
* Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative.
