Job Title: General SuperintendentJob Location: Current project is in Clarksville, VA with future projects in NC, SC, & VA, company based in Charlotte, NCJob Pay: $110k-$160k, plus per diem, vehicle, bonus opportunities, etc.Requirements: 10+ years of Superintendent experience, experience with data centers, concrete work, steel buildings, and/or underground utilitiesPosition OverviewWe are a NC-based, 25-year-old contractor offering services in general contracting, fabrication, construction services, and integrated product delivery. The General Superintendent will oversee the planning, installation, and workflow of ground-up data center facility builds, including site work, underground utilities, concrete, and steel buildings. The role entails traveling to projects throughout the Carolinas and the local region.Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading on-site staff
- Planning, scheduling, and managing workflow
- Construction safety and inspection
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a Superintendent role
- Experience with data centers, concrete work, steel buildings, and/or underground utilities
