  • Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the large-scale MTA project, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

  • Possesses strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Has effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with all project stakeholders.
  • Is proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferably holds a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
