Job Description- Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the large-scale MTA project, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

The Successful Applicant- Demonstrates extensive experience in managing large-scale MTA or similar transportation infrastructure projects.
- Possesses strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Has effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with all project stakeholders.
- Is proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferably holds a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
