Community Techie seeks general technicians to join our growing roster of talent. We welcome recent graduates, as well as more experienced technicians. General technicians should have experience or interest in a wide range of technical areas. If you specialize in a particular area, please apply for a specific technician position.We maintain a roster of 1099 contractors, and offer jobs and projects in Maryland, DC, and Virginia on a regular basis. All projects pay a minimum of $30 per hour (ranging from $30 - $75 per hour); some projects are stipend-based. Projects range from a few hours to ongoing projects that occur several days a week. We are okay with open or somewhat limited availability; when projects are offered, you can always choose whether or not it works within your schedule.Most available work in the upcoming season will be in schools, so weekday availability is preferred, but we also service events, theater companies, and venues of all sizes.Your InformationPlease provide the following information:Full Name *Email *Please upload your resume.
