The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and the technical skills to design, deploy, and optimize conversational systems.---Key Responsibilities1. Model Development:Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, Hugging Face Transformers) for highly nuanced, context-aware interactions.Develop scalable systems for conversational AI with a focus on humor, ethics, and engaging communication.2. API Integration:Design and implement APIs to seamlessly integrate the AI into production workflows.Ensure robust, real-time performance for interactive environments.3. Data Management & Training:Build and manage high-quality datasets for training and fine-tuning the model.Implement data preprocessing, augmentation, and validation pipelines to improve model performance.4. Personalization & Tone Management:Develop systems for customizing AI behavior, tone, and personality to match project requirements.Ensure consistent, domain-specific language use and adaptability to different contexts.5. System Architecture & Maintenance:Architect scalable, high-performance solutions for hosting and deploying AI models.Monitor and debug the system to ensure reliability and robustness in production.6.
