Our power generation client is looking for a Generator Technician to join the team in the DuBois, PA area. Candidates may reside in DuBois or surrounding areas. This will be a remote role, you will dispatch from your home to perform maintenance and repairs on commercial generator sets and electrical equipment. Other responsibilities Include: -Preventative maintenance services -Troubleshooting of Automatic Transfer Switches , AC, AD circuits, diesel/gas engines, injection systems, ignition components and more -Following manufactures warranty guidelines -Perform start ups on new generator systems -Change oil and filters -Ensure units are in proper operating conditions and follow code requirements -Work in teams with other technicians Job Requirements Requirements: -3 years of power generation experience OR a mechanical or electrical background coupled with at least 1 year of experience in power generation -High diploma required -Military background encouraged -Must have a valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record -Demonstrated excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, reflecting strong communication and problem-solving abilities
