Our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction sets us apart and drives our success.Join our team and become part of a company that values your skills, knowledge, and contribution.Key Responsibilities:Installation: Install new generators and related equipment at customer sites according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines (if applicable.)Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, oil changes, filter replacements, and system tests to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with generators. Identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective solutions.Testing: Conduct load tests and other performance assessments to ensure generators operate efficiently and reliably.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventories.Customer Support: Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of their generators. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and safety regulations.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in generator maintenance and repair is preferred.Experience: Proven experience as a generator technician or similar role.
