Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform to optimize our contact center operations. You will be responsible for customizing, integrating, and supporting Genesys Cloud services to meet the business needs while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Develop custom solutions and integrations within the Genesys Cloud platform to improve customer engagement processes.
  • API Integration: Work with Genesys Cloud APIs to connect third-party systems (e.g., CRM, Workforce Management, etc.).
  • Custom Scripting: Create scripts using Genesys Cloud s scripting engine and configuration tools.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve Genesys Cloud-related technical issues and provide ongoing support for the deployed solutions.
  • Optimization: Analyze performance and scalability of cloud infrastructure to optimize system operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including contact center operations, network engineering, and other developers to align on project goals.
  • Documentation: Document all processes, customizations, and integrations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a developer in a cloud environment, with at least 2 years specifically on the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud architecture and components (e.g., Voice, Chat, Email, SMS, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Genesys Cloud API (RESTful) and third-party integrations.
    • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Experience with telephony systems, IVR design, and contact center operations.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
