Gersh 2024 Fall Extern (Sophomores/Juniors/Seniors) - Remote

The Gersh Externship is an exclusive and unique opportunity for students from across the nation to gain firsthand exposure to discover the world of an Agency and working at Gersh. This is a highly interactive and remote program over Zoom where you will learn from senior agents across multiple disciplines including: Talent, Motion Picture & TV Literary, Books, Global Branding and Conventions, Digital, Alternative, Personal Appearance, Theater, and Below the Line.

Program Details:

You will attend two lessons per week (one-hour per session), for 6 weeks during the fall semester over Zoom. As this is strictly a learning and networking opportunity, the externship is unpaid. There is no cost for students to participate in this remote program. We only offer 20 seats. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.

Student Requirements:

• Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college with a keen interest in pursuing a career in entertainment and becoming an agent.
• Have a love for the industry: entertainment, film, television, branding and social media.
• Enjoy interacting, networking, and learning.
• Students may not miss class to attend this program.

Session Dates/Times: sessions begin at 5pm EST/2pm PST.

• Week 1: Tuesday 9/17 & Thursday 9/19
• Week 2: Tuesday 9/24 & Thursday 9/26
• Week 3: Tuesday 10/1 & No class 10/3 (holiday)
• Week 4: Tuesday 10/8 & Thursday 10/10
• Week 5: Tuesday 10/15 & Thursday 10/17
• Week 6: Tuesday 10/22 & Thursday 10/24
• Bonus session: Tuesday 10/29
