Position Description: Our coaches support the district mission by:
* Coaching and developing players on the Middle School and High School teams
* Assisting the head coach when needed
Terms of Employment:
* March 3, 2025 - May 13, 2025; must be available weekdays during the season for practice and meets
* Successful candidate must submit a Washington State Sexual Misconduct Disclosure and undergo state and federal background checks including fingerprinting at the applicant's expense
* A valid CPR/First Aid card is required prior to the first day of coaching
Salary Range: $2,783 - $3,874/Season depending on experience
Benefits: Eligible employees may accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked under Washington State law. Upon working 630 hours in a school year, eligible employees and their qualified dependents may be eligible for insurance benefits through School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) which includes, medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employer-paid long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance are available for the employee only. Optional benefits under SEBB include, supplemental life, long-term disability, FSA, and DCAP.
Required Qualifications:
* High School diploma
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Experience playing golf and understands the rules and mechanics of the game
* Clean driving record and able to drive a van to transport the team to the meets
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience coaching any sport at any level
* Experience golfing at the High School level
* Experience golfing competitively at the college level or beyond
