The Head Coach is responsible for coordinating the entire Yellowjacket Girls Softball Program at Perham-Dent Schools, which includes creating a learning environment where each student-athlete feels valued and sees skill improvement for themselves and the team. Additional qualifications include:
- Three (3) years of coaching experience preferred-preferably as a head coach or varsity assistant.
- The ability to connect, motivate, and support participants and assistant coaches throughout the softball program.
- Knowledge of fundamentals and skills in all levels of softball.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage, develop, and implement all aspects of a Minnesota State High School League softball program.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with the entire Perham-Dent Activities Department, coaches, and advisors.
