Responsibilities:
Lead Foreman Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the installation and repair of glass, windows, and related products at job sites.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Oversee inventory, equipment, and tools necessary for project execution.
Lead Foreman Duties: - Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications: As a successful candidate for the Lead Foreman position, you should possess:
- Proven experience in the glass and glazing industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of glass installation techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
