DESCRIPTION

Involves analytical studies on a variety of policies, projects, programs and issues in support of a function, research initiative, program and / or organizational unit, or in research of new or changing systems and programs. Assists in policy and program planning, development, administration, management and implementation; interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding policies and procedures and provides consultative services to department administrators and other stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Seven (7) years of related experience in project management/coordination OR a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area AND three (3) or more years of relevant experience.

* Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

* Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.

* Analytical / problem-solving skills.

* Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals/analyses.

* Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.

* Strong policy analysis techniques.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience developing, implementing, and managing community health programs.

* Experience in healthcare or health education and/or experience in program development and evaluation/management.

* Training and facilitation experience.

* Workforce development project management experience.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

* Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $69,500 - $123,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $33.29 - $59.15

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
