This role is crucial for driving growth through an Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy, enhancing collaboration between sales and marketing, and developing a high-performing BDR team aligned with the company's strategic goals.What you'll get:

Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing the global BDR strategy focused on ABX to meet revenue targets and growth objectives;
- Working closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and execution;
- Establishing and communicating clear goals and performance metrics for the BDR team centered on account engagement and customer experiences;
- Partnering with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams to ensure BDRs are enabled with aligned campaigns for targeted accounts;
- Establishing efficient processes for account qualification and seamless handoff to the sales team;
- Creating a structured onboarding and training program that equips BDRs with skills in account research, engagement, and relationship management.
QualificationsWhat you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing BDR teams;
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through ABX strategies and achieving sales targets;
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across functions and geographies.
