Hours: Full-time Shift, M-F, 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide global brand strategy guidance and brand governance information to markets' Brand and Commercial Marketing teams, to ensure national plans are created in adherence to Brand led, Market fed strategy.

2. Develop product commercialization materials to support effective and consistent execution of new launches globally (eg. sell sheets, commercialization decks, education materials, etc.).

3. Work with the Global Brand Director to develop and sign-off on the Brand's 3 and 12-Year Growth plans, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

4. Lead, with Innovation Teams, the next generation evolution of the pipelines, including bringing strategic point-of-view and brand-centric thinking to these discussions.

5. Drive new product development and campaign execution, including go-to-market strategy and asset/programming creation.

6. Assist with strategic and annual brand planning processes by leading key elements of the plan and working with our global market teams to build locally relevant marketing plans.

7. Own budget management and forecasting process, including ROI evaluation of new and existing initiatives.

8. Lead creative briefing, creative reviews, agency management, and a cross-functional team in developing said final plans

9. May telecommute per Company policy.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and 3 years of experience in consumer marketing.

Experience must include:

1. Managing the creative brand building and innovation process and fostering productive relationships with agencies, creative teams and cross functional partners.

2. Partnering with sales & commercial teams to align marketing strategy to commercial goals.

3. Drawing conclusions from data and extract meaningful insights to tell a story.

4. Building and growing premium or mainstream brands.

5. Agency management.

6. Digital content development.

7. Working with supply chain to understand short- and long-term tradeoffs.

Salary Range: $155,418 - $173,000 per year
