The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.

You will work in the Fixed Income & Currencies Institutional Client Group (FIC ICG) Client Strategy & Analytics team, to support FIC ICG with their client development across different streams.

What You'll Do
  • Client reviews - working with coverage, relationship management and colleagues in the Client Strategy & Analytics team to identify areas of improvement with particular clients
  • Responsible for supporting FIC ICG with their client development across different streams outlined
  • Working with a team and internal stakeholders across the Bank to help FIC ICG deliver the Bank to its clients
  • Identify efficiencies in our processes, i.e., leveraging technology, and implementing solutions
How You'll Lead
  • Senior Client engagement: Working with coverage to propose senior client engagement, ensuring it is well prepared and followed up on
  • Initiatives: Supporting the Business in driving initiatives forwards, example; bringing teams together to identify areas of improvement in our activity, and work together to implement solutions, in line with the Bank's strategy
Skills You'll Need
  • Experience within a financial services environment. Good knowledge and understanding of an investment bank, its divisions, and their activities; as well as good understanding of trading products in Rates, Credit and Foreign Exchange
  • Good quantitative skills, to identify conclusions from large data set
  • Strong organizational skills, to help coordinate large client events and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, across multiple teams and functions
  • A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task different projects and prioritize against tight deadlines
Skills That Will Help You Excel
  • Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience (finance would be advantageous)
  • Excellent written English skills, for amending, example; clarifying, briefing material, with attention to detail
Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170K to $275K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
