Job Description:

24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Communications Product Specialist for this hybrid position in Portland, OR. This is an ongoing contract starting early February working 4 days a week onsite. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, holiday pay and more.

Ideal Candidate: will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in product or event production, seasonal product strategy, product management or a related field.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join the team in an ongoing basis. This individual should bring a passion for sport and product and be ready to thrive in a dynamic role that bridges seasonal product strategy and execution. They'll work closely with the communications team, product teams, cross-functional partners, and global teammates embedded in key geographies, cities, and countries.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Seasonal Planning & Execution:

  • Drive seasonal product planning tied to strategic priorities, balancing immediate needs with long-term planning.
  • Assess, organize, and execute product orders to support seasonal priorities, sport moments, and events across four key geographies.
  • Act as a key point person to ensure alignment across global and regional contract product needs, tying into broader brand and communications strategies.

Product Management & Event Support:

  • Oversee product selection, placement of orders, and project management for media events, seasonal sport activations, seeding kits, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support press briefings, on-campus filming, and global events that bring product stories to life
  • Collaborate on comms tactics tied to product-driven events to ensure seamless execution.

Systems & Inventory Management:

  • Create and maintain inventory systems to collect, monitor, and systematize product information.
  • Act as the central hub for product-related processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in product or event production, project management, or a related field.

• A self-starter who can deliver results and solutions across complex projects through multitasking, planning and organization

• Relationship building skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with others in a matrix environment

• Professionalism and adaptability to navigate high-profile environments involving celebrities and collaborators.
