* Functionally lead global cross-functional development teams to develop NPD through the Stage Gate Process and other category projects (value engineering & harmonization).
* Conduct market research to qualify NPD & retail pricing recommendations.
* Develop packaging basic design; brief & execute digital kits for projects and align communication brief with Brand & Communication team.
* Craft innovation and renovation selling stories and initiate trade bundle preparation.
* Lead strategic category initiatives.
* Manage project budget.
* Main contact person for Regional Marketing Team for category relevant questions.
* Support the Global Marketing Director in key projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualificationsarrow_right
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.
* The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the US market, while also possessing Global experience.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing (market research/product development) and innovation.
* CPG background required - must understand the dynamics of consumer, shoppers, retail trends and insights, category and competitors' activities.
* Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial as this role works globally).
* Management of cross-functional teams, including the ability to work with and as part of an international / multi-cultural team.
* Excellent project management skills.
