  • Lead improvements in SAP order-to-cash processes, from order receipt to payment collection, ensuring efficiency across order fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Serve as SAP S4 HANA power user, optimizing system use.
  • Develop systems to monitor customer order patterns, assist with forecasting, and support sales in understanding customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales to enhance customer forecasting accuracy using the IBP tool.
  • Ensure effective communication between CSR teams, credit management, production planning, shipping, and customers.
  • Troubleshoot order misalignments and inventory issues, partnering with warehouses and production teams.
  • Oversee customer complaint resolution via Salesforce, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Support CSR and sales teams with new customer setups, data management, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Develop KPIs for accurate order entry and ensure proper credit, invoicing, and document management processes.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures, assist with ISO audits, and coordinate SAP material management.
  • Liaise with IT for system upgrades and train CSR teams on systems and procedures.
  • Ensure global CSR teams are aligned with corporate policies and ethics.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of customer service management in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience managing global teams and proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, IBP, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency required; French or Spanish is a plus.
