Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer, the Global HR Director will manage a team of 6 HR professionals and spearhead the HR function of a reputable and well-established manufacturing business in Boston's MetroWest. This role is for a senior HR professional who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and focus on a HR build out, effecting change across the business and driving a collaborative and productive business environment.Main areas of responsibility include the following:
- Organizational development
- HR Strategy & Leadership
- Union Relations
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Performance management and optimization
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Compensation & Benefits

The Successful ApplicantIn return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of relevant HR experience
- Proven track record in managing HR teams across both domestic and international locations
- Experience of partnering with Unions
- Experience of working in the manufacturing industry (or related heavy industries)
- Ability to travel internationally, around 10% of the time
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
What's on Offer- Base salary of between $ 200,000 and $ 210,000
- Performance related bonus scheme of 15%
