You develop guidelines and pilot projects with zones & countries. You create strategies that champion the retail customer experience.ResponsibilitiesCo-create the retail design strategy of the brand in partnership with the marketing & brand engagement teams.Define global visual merchandising visions.Implement the brand vision by reinforcing strong codes across various POS formats: Walls, Shop-in-Shops, Kiosks, Boutiques.Stay relevant to design trends and consumer insights to drive innovation into our design visions to improve the consumer experience.Collaborate closely with teams in Global Brand Innovation, Global Brand Engagement and wider stakeholders to ensure a cohesive 360 approach on all programs and define best content for in-store expression.Execute impactful visions for launch displays.Communicate the in-store strategy and act as a point of reference and communication for countries and zones.
