Performance Team
As members of the Performance team, we are dedicated to helping the Marketing team's ultimate goal of generating more quality leads. We do so by increasing MANTA's online presence using various clever methodologies such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, events, and leveraging automation whenever possible. We are constantly challenging ourselves to provide the best user experience possible to our users and customers. Our passionate and motivated team makes sure to always stay on top of the latest technologies and tools that come out on the market to maximize all of our lead generation efforts and simplify our work.
****What Youll do****
* Create and manage our events calendar
* Research and evaluate event opportunities
* Develop event concepts and topics that fit our positioning
* Manage event budgets
* Organize marketing materials
* Liaise with speakers and prepare speaking notes
* Cooperation with other team members on the related campaign preparation (social media, email, PPC campaigns)
* Post-event reporting and lead/contacts handling
****What you should have:****
* 2+ years' experience managing internal and external events for a tech/product company
* Incredible communication skills and the ability to speak publicly
* Strong organizational skills
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Strong knowledge of lead generation from a B2B perspective
* Previous experience in the tech industry
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Great analytical skills (Google Analytics and other analytical platforms knowledge is a plus)
