We serve companies including Unilever, Deliveroo, Gong and Brex to name a few!What you will do As the Global Head of BDR, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing team of BDRs, creating strategies that drive pipeline growth and align with Pigment's complex sales cycle. Key responsibilities include:- Lead and scale the global BDR function: Manage, mentor, and grow a world-class BDR team across North America and EMEA, driving results that will fuel sales pipeline growth. This position requires frequent travel to our offices (Toronto, NYC, San Mateo, Paris, London).- Design and implement BDR strategies: Develop strategies that increase outbound lead generation (Corporate and Enterprise segments), improve the qualification process, and maximize sales opportunities in line with Pigment's sales-led growth model. - Collaborate with sales and marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation initiatives, messaging, and overall strategy.- Optimize processes and tools: Identify and implement best practices, tools, and systems to increase BDR efficiency and effectiveness in generating and qualifying leads.- Drive performance metrics: Establish KPIs and regularly monitor performance to ensure BDRs meet and exceed targets for pipeline contribution.- Recruit and onboard top talent: Attract, hire, and train high-caliber BDRs and Team Leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.- Global expansion support: Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the international growth of the BDR function, ensuring consistent processes and results across regions.Who You AreYou are a highly experienced and results-driven leader with deep expertise in scaling BDR or sales development teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Specifically, you have:- 15+ years of experience in BDR, sales development, or inside sales roles, with at least 5 years of experience managing teams in high-growth SaaS organizations.- Proven track record in driving pipeline growth and developing successful outbound strategies in complex, sales-led environments.- Leadership skills: Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing BDR teams on a global scale.- Analytical mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions based on insights.- Collaborative approach: Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and achieve company-wide objectives.- Excellent communication skills: You can articulate strategy and performance metrics to key stakeholders and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals.- Global experience: You have experience managing teams across multiple regions and adapting strategies for international markets.- Enterprise platform: You have experience selling complex enterprise platforms with multi-stakeholder sales processes and 3-12 month sale cycles.What we offer- Competitive compensation package - Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth- Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, and London- High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditionsHow we work- Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
