The Role

As the VP of Digital Media, you will lead our efforts to maximize the impact of paid media investment around the world. This pivotal role is focused on crafting an integrated media strategy that covers planning, activation, and measurement to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for aligning media initiatives with business objectives and ensuring that each campaign reaches its target audience through the proper use of channels, formats, data, and advanced measurement techniques.

  • Proven experience in senior paid media leadership roles within matrixed reporting structures, ideally at major agencies or in-house at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Running large teams with responsibility over media strategy, planning, and activation, with close cross-functional partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of management, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of how marketing drives business growth and paid media's role in contributing to that success.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to creatively develop innovative solutions and tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to obtain organizational buy-in on big ideas, implement at scale, and lead change management.
  • Proficiency in audience planning and analysis/use of first-party data.
  • Experience with advanced measurement techniques, including attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights and strategies, using analytics to drive data-led decisions.
  • Skilled in optimizing media campaigns based on performance data and KPIs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media strategy and planning.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in the same field, industry, or other equivalent business/function role.

    Experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, any professional certifications, experience with function-specific systems.
