We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner, based in Chicago or Munich, to join our new Global HR Business Partnering Team.
Your TeamAt Allianz Commercial our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support to our managers. We're looking for a Global HR Business Partner to cooperate with our Leaders and Managers of these Global Client Groups to proactively support in the design and delivery of their respective people agendas to support the achievement of overall business ambitions.
The Impact You Will HaveIn this role you will act as a Global HR Business Partner, focusing on pro-active strategic HR Partnering working closely with the Regional HR Business Partners and HR COEs (Center of Excellence) to bring functional context and deliver products that are value-adding for the respective Client Groups.
Some Of Your Specific Responsibilities Could IncludeStrategic Business PartneringThe annual base salary range for Chicago for this role is $106,400 - $182,333. The annualized represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
