Local Only Location: San Antonio, TX (3 days onsite - Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Global Identity and Access Management Specialist - Entitlements GIDA role Support Ticketing high volume (Hybrid) The Global Identity and Access Management Specialist will ensure all quality and service level agreements of internal system that facilitates access certification and Least Privilege (LP) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) entitlement enforcement. The analyst will facilitate quality checks and perform thorough reviews of technical data be ingested by this platform.Some of the operational tasks include but are not limited to:•Performing quality assurance reviews on data files used by internal system•Creating/modifying/updating/maintaining SoD rules•Conducting pre-production impact studies•Use of ServiceNow ticket for processing, escalation tracking, log reviews, and exception log tracking.•Preparing and analyzing ad hoc complex reports for special projects•This individual will handle time sensitive access control email requests using customer service, interpersonal, and time-management skills for different business sectors on a daily basis.Qualifications:•3 years of experience in the information security domain of Identity and Access Management•Proven ability to drive the execution of processes and standard procedures, operational tracking and readiness to improve the end product, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction•Experience with process reengineering/optimization is preferred•Fluent in English (communication with stakeholders from all regions and countries)•Team player and Self-Starter (the job requires a desire to learn and implement off-the -shelf platform solutions while fostering teamwork to meet service level agreements)•Leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments•Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment with strong analytical and conflict resolution skills•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills•An eye for detail and commitment to checking all operational findings for a technical group•Deploy superior data skills, which will include the competency to recognize trends and the cognizance to analyze results for reasonableness.•Ability to identify and analyze problems, prepare forecasts and recommend sound business solutions using discretion.•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio.Education:•Bachelors Degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Security, Finance, Statistics or other related field.•Certifications in CISSP/CISA/CISM/CRISC a plus. Pay Range: $18 - $22/hr on W2The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
