Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Handle all interface with customer for purchasing, engineering, program management, financial analysis and manage the sales of multiple programs.
- Support the management and the organization of the team dedicated to OEM account.
- Work closely with Project Leaders and Project Engineers.
- Assist customer service representative in managing commercial details of account.
- Develop new customers and/product strategies
- Manage customer business plan/financial reduction plan
- Overall program profitability (tooling and part price)
- Meet with plants and participation in program reviews
- Arbitration of plant and customer issues
- Sales budget and sales forecast
- Assist in development of Strategic Plan. This activity can lead to work in direct contact with the President and CEO.
- Other duties as assigned.
