Summary: The Global Learning Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing learning experiences for employees across the organization, with a focus on three critical areas:
- Purpose Journey - Empowering employees to explore and align their personal purpose with Griffith Foods' mission, fostering purpose-driven leadership, and integrating sustainability and regenerative principles into their work.
- Sustainability Education - designing, delivering, and enhancing the learning experiences that empower employees worldwide to align with Griffith Foods' sustainability goals.
- 2030 Aspirations Education - Partnering and supporting each of Griffith Foods' 2030 Aspirations SMEs in developing and delivering education.
This role focuses on developing and delivering impactful learning strategies to drive continuous improvement, ensure measurable outcomes, and foster alignment between individual, organizational, and global goals. The Global Learning Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to create and manage comprehensive learning solutions aligned with Griffith Foods' (GF) purpose and 2030 Aspirations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Purpose Journey Program:
- Manage all aspects of the Purpose Journey program, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional participant experience.
- Coordinate with facilitators, presenters, and support staff to maintain program quality and consistency.
- Maintain the PJ platform, Blend Page (internal SharePoint) and Teams channel.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among participants, facilitating collaboration and peer learning across the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders, participants, and partners to keep the curriculum updated with emerging trends in purpose-driven leadership and sustainable practices.
- Provide personalized coaching and support to participants and facilitators as they navigate their Purpose Journey, helping them integrate purpose into their daily work.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
Sustainability Education:
- Partner with the Sustainability function to identify, develop and deliver learning programs that embed sustainability knowledge within the business, with an initial focus on regenerative mindset, sustainable food systems, and human rights.
- Collaborate with sustainability experts and external partners to align education efforts with Griffith Foods sustainability strategy and 2030 Aspirations and industry best practices.
- Human Rights: Identify, deliver and improve knowledge of human rights principles and practices throughout learning initiatives to ensure ethical practices and compliance across manufacturing and operations.
- Incorporate innovative learning methods and tools to enhance engagement, knowledge retention, and behavioral change among employees.
- Monitor sustainability trends and update programs continuously to reflect the latest developments and promote responsible business practices.
2030 Aspirations Education:
- Work closely with each of the GF's 2030 Aspirations SMEs to support them in developing and delivering educational aligned with the 2030 Aspirations, focusing on three key impact areas:
- Sustainable food systems - Partnering to restore nature and improve livelihoods through responsible sourcing and networks.
- Nutritious and sustainable product portfolios - Creating products that positively impact both people and the planet.
- Serving underserved markets - Developing affordable, nutritious, and accessible products for consumers in need.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, from planning and content development to delivery and evaluation.
- Analyze feedback and learning data to measure the effectiveness of programs and continuously improve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and external partners to identify learning needs and develop customized solutions.
- Leverage learning technologies to deliver scalable, engaging, and impactful educational experiences globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Sustainability, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing learning or development programs, preferably in a virtual or blended learning environment.
- Strong understanding of purpose-driven leadership, DIB&E, sustainability concepts, human centered design principles, and systems thinking approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in setting and tracking KPIs to assess program effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional/cross-cultural teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) (Workday Leading and LinkedIn Learning), virtual meeting platforms, and other digital learning tools.
- Travel up to 20%.
