Reference #: R0064237 As Global Training Manager you will develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the global sales and marketing community within the High Voltage (HV) Service business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in competency development, talent management, and training within the electrical engineering or energy sector.Your key responsibilities Training Program Development: Develop a comprehensive and holistic training program for the global sales and marketing community of the HV Service business. Competency Framework Development: Design and implement competency frameworks tailored to the needs of the services units. Regularly update and refine competency models to align with organizational goals. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs. Organize workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to enhance employee skills. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to integrate competency assessments into performance reviews. Provide guidance on setting performance goals and expectations based on competencies. Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future roles. Support succession planning by ensuring a pipeline of competent employees. Master Trainer: Act as the master trainer and train-the-trainer; invite experts for deep dives as needed for different functions as defined by the master trainer; certify other trainers and participants. Value-Based Selling Expertise: Be an expert in value-based selling and selling techniques. Travel: High need for traveling to different units spread across all continents.Your background Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related areas, complemented by education in Organizational Development, or a related field. Certifications in competency management or related areas are a plus. Experience: Proven experience in competency development, talent management, or a similar role. Experience in the electrical equipment industry is preferred. Strong background in Sales and Marketing is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Why join us?
