What the Role Delivers
We are seeking a Global Marketing Communications Manager to collaborate with regional marketing managers and marketing operations to drive growth for AgroFresh in each of our global regions. This role is a key member of the AgroFresh global marketing team, accountable for managing the communication channels and driving results across all phases of the marketing funnel. In this role, you will focus an expected 20% of your time on positioning the global AgroFresh brand as a trusted leader in post-harvest innovation, and 80% of your time working in partnership with regional marketing managers to develop campaign assets, global trade show an event presence, content, and sales collateral materials that support a consistent AgroFresh and product branding strategy, while meeting the individual needs of each region with varied product portfolios and focus crops.
Key Responsibilities

Global Coordination of Promotional Strategy and Execution?
* In partnership with regional marketing managers, build a global promotional strategy (paid, owned and earned) that focuses on core growth drivers for our business and optimizes our spend?
* Develop and implement a global plan to effectively position AgroFresh as the leader in pre- and post-harvest freshness innovation, primarily leveraging earned media, executive visibility, and owned channels
* Work closely with global product leads, regional marketing managers, and commercial teams to ensure that marketing materials reflect both global product strategy and meet regional priorities?
* Establish standardized processes for campaign development, ensuring efficient workflows and easy handoffs to regional teams for localization and execution?
* Build and maintain a global repository of marketing materials, ensuring all regions have access to up-to-date and relevant assets?
* Ensure that all global marketing communications and assets are consistent in tone, messaging, and branding, while still meeting key regional needs
* Manage relationships and performance of external agencies for content creation, design, and digital support, ensuring projects meet global brand standards and can be adapted regionally?
* Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams on how to maximize global assets, adapting to their specific markets where necessary and offering training or resources as needed?
* Set up mechanisms with marketing operations to track the effectiveness of global campaigns and assets, gathering feedback from regional marketing managers to continuously improve materials? and drive sales
* Align all communication strategies with the broader global and regional business goals to support growth, brand awareness, and product adoption.?

What the Job Requires
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar major (MBA a plus)
* 7+ years of experience in marketing communications
* Up to 20% travel, including both domestic and global travel

* Proven experience in global marketing?and communications

* Agriculture industry experience (strongly preferred)

* Excellent written and verbal?communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders?across different cultures and?regions
* Experience in managing agencies?and external partners
* Proficiency in analyzing marketing?data and metrics to measure campaign?performance
* PR/media relations experience
* Solid understanding of SalesForce and SalesForce Marketing Cloud
